Tool #6

Okay...just made a poll...pretty easy although I got a little confused as to how to send to people in a way that they could answer! We'll see how I did if and when I get any responses! I also created a wallwisher. Seems simple enough...I'm wondering , though, if some of these things are geared more towards older kids? I'm not sure this tool is very practical for me given the fact that I teach over 600 kids...oh well...won some, lose some.

Here is my poll...

And here is my Wallwisher...

Tool #5

I really enjoyed using Wordle...I think because it was similar to creating a painting...using fun colors and fonts. I also created an Xtranormal video. I do NOT have the patience to make a very long video...mine consisted of two sentences. I think, though, that the kids would like creating a video and I could see how that might reinforce a theme I'm trying to drive home in my classroom. Wordle is just plain fun. I could have the kids make wordles that include art lingo or their favorite artists...I embedded both of my examples here in my blog...

Tool 4

I decided to skip thing 3...will go back and finish it when I have more time!  I really like Google docs.  I made one when I did 23 things but totally forgot that it existed!  I can use this app a ton with personal things like family get togethers.  Google docs would be great for creating art lessons and having other teachers add their ideas onto mine!  I created a Google doc and sent it to people on my team so that we can plan our Friday treats.  We all have very busy schedules and I think this document will be helpful to our planning!
